Your responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the head of the office and the office itself;
- Overseeing that instructions the manager and the lawyers are implemented;
- Arranging meetings, discussions, negotiations and marketing events;
- Preparing the necessary documentation and reports (including financial reports), and managing document flow;
- Searching for, collecting, analysing, processing and structuring necessary information of various types;
- Arranging for internal and external communications (telephone, email, conference calls etc.);
- Arranging for business trips of the head of the office (tickets, visits, hotels, the issuing of foreign passports, transfers), as well as organising business trips of the office’s employees;
- Resolving various organisational issues, such as preparing documents, ordering office supplies, etc.
The successful applicant willhave the following qualities:
- a university degree;
- English at upper-intermediate level;
- advanced computer skills;
- strong self-management skills;
- at least 1 year of work experience in an administrative position;
- a proactive attitude;
- attentiveness;
- punctuality, attention to detail;
- the ability to perform under stress.
