Your duties will be as follows:
- Drafting legal documents including contracts, agreements, and memorandums;
- Providing legal advice and opinions to clients on various issues;
- Registering companies in the UAE (and the GCC countries), working together with clients and registration bodies as well as public authorities;
- Opening accounts with banks and payment systems;
- Working with corporate documents.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a good overall knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations in the UAE and the GCC countries;
- Have a recognized law qualification from a reputable academic institution;
- Have a minimum of two years of experience practicing law in the UAE;
- Have experience of forming and providing support to companies in the UAE, in the GCC countries and in other foreign jurisdictions;
- Have experience in drafting commercial and other contracts, policies and legal documents;
- Speak English at the upper-intermediate level;
- Speak Arabic at the upper-intermediate level;
- Have advanced computer skills;
- Have strong self-management skills;
- Have excellent communication and self-presentation skills;
- Be able to present his/her ideas clearly both in writing and orally;
- Have an analytical mindset.
