Your duties will be as follows:
- To maintain financial and tax records of clients from various business areas;
- To supervise clients’ accounting records;
- To conduct an accounting audit;
- To prepare and submit accounting and financial statements, pay VAT and perform tax optimization;
- To advise clients on tax issues;
- To record and process source documents;
- To issue commercial payment invoices in a timely manner, keep the register and supervise payments;
- To open bank accounts, manage accounts, supervise accounts and the risks of such accounts being blocked;
- To administer client work.
The successful applicant will:
- Have higher education in economics/finance;
- Have more than 5 years of experience as an accountant and at least 1 year of experience on the UAE market;
- Know IFRS and IAS;
- Speak English at the upper-intermediate level;
- Know Arabic and Russian (this will be an advantage);
- Be experienced in managing projects independently;
- Have advanced computer skills;
- Have strong self-management skills;
- Have excellent communication and self-presentation skills;
- Be able to present his/her ideas clearly both in writing and orally;
- Have an analytical mindset.
