The company is planning to establish a plant to manufacture industrial equipment in the UAE. The assembled equipment will be exported outside the Gulf. At the first stage, we prepared a legal opinion comparing tax, customs and related legal aspects of all the possible options for locating the business (on the mainland, in free zones and in designated free zones). At the second stage of the work, we ensured the implementation of the option selected following the first stage: we organised cooperation with the free zones and prepared a list of the free zones available for registering a legal entity (legal entities) taking into account the tasks and needs of the business. We then organised preliminary negotiations with the administrations of the selected zones.
